Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 17, 2026
Creative Form Development, LLC, which trades as CFD (“CFD”, “we”, “us”), operates this website. This policy explains what personal information the website collects, why we collect it, who processes it for us, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Information we hold about you under a construction contract is governed by that contract, not by this page.

Any question about this policy, or any request about your information, goes to info@creative-form.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us, plus the technical records any website generates.
- Contact form. Your first and last name, email address, company or organization, the project type you pick, and the project details you write. A telephone number if you choose to give one — that field is optional.
- Job applications. If you email hr@creative-form.com, or apply through a link on our Careers page, we receive what you send us, normally a resume and a covering message. An application made on a third-party hiring platform is held by that platform under its own privacy policy.
- Technical records. Our host and content delivery network log standard information for every request: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This keeps the site available and blocks automated abuse.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, government identifiers or health information through this website, and we do not want them. Please do not put them in the contact form.
This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and discuss the work you have described.
- To consider your job application.
- To keep the website running, secure and free of automated abuse.
- To meet our own legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone for their own marketing.
Analytics and tracking
This website runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics tag, no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight tag and no behavioural profiling. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie the site sets — there is one, and it is strictly necessary.
Who processes it for us
- Webflow, Inc. hosts this website and stores contact form submissions.
- Cloudflare, Inc. delivers the site and protects the contact form from automated abuse using Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Google LLC serves the web fonts this site uses. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, so Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
These providers act for us, or supply the service named, and are not permitted to use your enquiry for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and then for the period our record-keeping and insurance obligations require. Job applications are kept while the role is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Technical logs are held by our host and delivery network for their own standard periods.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions sit in Webflow’s systems behind account credentials, and access is limited to the people who need to answer enquiries. No transmission over the internet is completely secure. If a breach affecting the private information of New York residents occurs, we will notify the people affected and the authorities as New York’s SHIELD Act requires.
Your choices
Write to info@creative-form.com and ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct information that is wrong,
- delete information we no longer need,
- stop contacting you.
We will answer any reasonable request. Some US states and other countries give their residents specific legal rights over personal information. If one of those laws covers you, say so in your message and we will handle the request under it.
Links to other websites
Our News pages link to articles on publishers’ own sites, and our Careers page may link to an application form hosted by someone else. Once you follow a link like that you are on their website, and their privacy policy applies instead of this one.
Changes to this policy
